Who runs this?
This site is operated by the owners of the QC Kinetix clinics in the Phoenix area - a non-surgical joint pain practice with four Valley locations, the nearest of which is on South Dobson Road in Chandler. The same people who pay for this site own that clinic, and the appointment link at the foot of every page goes to it.
That is a commercial interest and it is stated here in the first paragraph rather than in a policy page nobody opens. Everything below follows from it.
What does that mean when you read this site?
The site covers common reasons for joint soreness, home comfort, warning signs, and clinic choices. It doesn't diagnose your joint or choose care. An exam may show a cause, suggest one, or leave some questions unanswered. Your own doctor can discuss concerns beyond the clinic visit.
Reviews, ratings, and personal stories aren't published here. The site also can't replace prompt care for a hot, swollen joint with fever. It cannot tell how ill you feel today. Get medical help when a warning sign appears.

The owners who run the QC Kinetix Phoenix-area clinics also operate this site, and they charge nothing for the consultation. A medical provider, the person who examines you and gives care, checks the joint and asks how soreness changes your day. The provider explains which non-surgical choices may be suitable and when other care makes more sense.

An appointment provides an exam and information, not a promised result. Ask what the exam showed, what it only suggests, and what remains unknown. Then you can weigh the choices with your own doctor.
